Return Window & Eligibility You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vyronza.com or call us at +14072717151 during our customer service hours, Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM EST. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Once your return is approved, Vyronza LLC will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack your item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label. You will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Restocking Fee We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any included promotional items. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new, a refund may be refused or a partial refund issued at our discretion, depending on the damage or missing parts.
Refunds Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@vyronza.com or +14072717151. We will arrange for a return or exchange and cover any associated shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage if possible.
Non-Returnable Items While most items are returnable, we cannot accept returns on items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
